Kalpana roll-to-roll equipment is able to coat large surfaces with different materials. For commercial purposes it is possible to request a free sample. This PET material of A4 size contains a 20 nm AlOx layer. The sample is cut from a roll. With this sample it is possible to measure the uniformity and overall quality of the superspatial ALD process.
